What is included in a rental?
We bring everything, set it up, run it, and take it away at the end. We bring everything, set it up and take it away again.
Will someone from your crew stay for the whole event?
Every booking includes an on-site technician who stays through the event. The crew runs the equipment for you, and there is always someone in the room to ask.
Can I write to you instead of calling?
You can email us or fill in the form and skip the phone call. A person who works these events reads it and comes back to you the same day.
Will there be cables taped across the floor?
The uplights run on batteries, so they sit where you want them and leave the floor clear of cords and tape.
Can I ask you to keep the music volume down?
An on-site technician runs the sound all night and sets the volume for the room. If you want it kept down, you can tell us before the date. Put it on the form with your date and venue and we will answer you within 24 hours.
Will the lights flash or strobe?
Uplighting holds a steady color. We can change it to another color through the night, and it never strobes or flashes. DJ lighting is different. It normally flashes and strobes, so you can approve it before the date, or we can leave it out if someone in the room is sensitive to it.
Can you keep the lasers off the guests?
We plan where the lasers point before your event, and which parts of the room they stay out of. That is settled ahead of the date rather than on the night. The beams stay off the crowd and at least 3 meters above head height, or about ten feet. We confirm that to you in writing before the date.
Do cold sparks use real fire, and do they leave smoke?
The effect is cold and it clears on its own. Cold sparks run at a much lower temperature than traditional fireworks. They are quiet, and the air stays clear of smoke and smell.
Is the cloud effect loud, and does it leave a smell?
The cloud is water vapor chilled by carbon dioxide. It stays low, at about ankle to knee height. The machine is quiet while it runs, the cloud has no smell, and it clears quickly.
Can I book one of these on its own?
Any one of these can be booked on its own, or added to a booking you already have with us.
